Flash is a firm favourite - both with riders and the mares! He has proven to be the perfect RDA steed in every way.

Jimi has become a very popular man in the arena over the last couple of years.
While he still enjoys escaping and stealing food from the feedshed and mowing the grass around Julie's house, he has really started to earn his keep!

Beautiful Paint/Piebald Filly
Marble was born at Capricorn on 9 October 2019 and has had us all swooning over her ever since. Such a sweet girl, she has become everyone's favourite!

Missy is the matriarch of our Clydie herd and takes her leadership role very seriously. The ultimate gentle giant, she had a rough year in 2019 with some major health issues, but she's overcome them and is back on top of her game, like the star she is!

Monty is the true "heavy lifter" on the team - a big man who certainly knows his strength. There's no bargaining with Monty when grass is on offer... he'll take a few mouthfuls before he's willing to listen.

Mr Wilson is the true gentle giant with the kindest disposition whose idea of rebelling is to stop. Who couldn't love this man to bits.

Paddy has the trot of a pony, with the attitude of a gentle giant. He tends to be a bit lazy, but is one of the hardest workers we have.

Poppy was born with regal tendancies and still considers herself the princess of the paddock (beside her best mate Duchess). With great patience (and a wide back and belly) she is great with our beginner adult riders.

Reno arrived at RDA late in 2020. He has taken a while to settle in, but with Ella's love, he has really found his place at Capricorn and is a firm favourite for both his Palomino colouring, and his gentle nature.

Sijo was donated to RDA Capricorn by Soroptomist International Joondalup Order - hence her unique name. Mum to Splash and Salsa, she is also the most popular pony to dress up for pony rides.

Sheriff is a very recent arrival to Capricorn, but is a seriously cool dude! You should see him in lessons really soon!

14hh Chestnut/Grey Paint Mare
Born on the property, Splash was destined to be a great RDA pony. We just didn't realise how great she would be at the job. And while a little bigger than her mum, she is a great size for our riders.
VANCE

15.2hh Black/Brown Gelding
Vance had a successful career as a professional pacer before retiring to his life at RDA Capricorn. Being one of our old timers, he is a steady influence in the paddock and, while sometimes with a grumpy face, a true stalwart in our lessons.

Born in 1997
14.3hh Black Mare
Variety came to us with her foal Liberty, who has gone to her permanent home with Coach Abbi. Since that time, she has proven to be invaluable in the lessons, with her riders becoming huge fans.
